You can add outputs and outcomes at any time throughout the year. Periodically, funders will schedule submission periods and request that you make a formal submission of your data (usually annually), and you will be informed when this takes place. You cannot make a submission outside of a submission period, and you cannot make a submission unless the funding organisation has requested you do so.
