When you first enter data into your portfolio it is only visible to you (plus anyone you have granted delegate access to your Researchfish profile). However, once you attribute an output or outcome to a specific award, the funder for that award will be able to see that data. Funders cannot see outputs or outcomes attributed to awards created by other funding organisations. Funders can see the outputs attributed to an award, but cannot use the information until it has been submitted to them.
