Improved: applied updates to some of the core infrastructure needed to run the platform.

Fixed: addressed an intermittent issue that caused downloads to not be accessible.

Fixed: addressed an intermittent issue that was stopping harvested outcomes from being attributed to awards due to missing mandatory data.

Fixed: addressed an issue caused by the interaction of co-funded awards with awards search and bulk selection.

Fixed: addressed an issue with document export of a specific Additional Question not including subform data.

Note: As with many sprints, there is development work in this sprint that has not yet been released to the platform.
