Only a PI can complete the submission process. They will need to log into their account and do this during any relevant submission periods. However, a PI can allow others to enter information into Researchfish on their behalf. There are two types of access a PI can grant to another person:

1. Delegate access, whereby a PI can grant another person access to all of their awards and outcomes. A delegate will have the same functions as the PI with the exception of being able to submit.
2. Research Team access, whereby the PI can grant another person access to a particular award. A Research Team member can view all outputs associated with an award, and the PI can permit the team member to use those outputs in the team member's own awards, and/or permit the  team member to attribute outputs from the team member's own portfolio to the PI's award.
