How do I contact Researchfish Client and Administrator Support?
As of 21st of January 2025, the support email address for Researchfish clients and administrator users (Funders, Research Organisations and Centres) is now rfclientsupport@elsevier.com. If you’ve previously documented our support@researchfish.com address internally, please ensure this is updated for you and your colleagues to use.
Researchers (PIs, Delegates and Team Members) should use support@researchfish.com to contact Researchfish Support.
We appreciate that there will be occasions when users send some queries to the incorrect support queue. Rest assured, our Support Team will triage incoming support cases and any queries that reach the incorrect queue will be redirected to the correct queue and the reporter informed of their new case number via email.
