- Set up an account in Researchfish for their award(s) via the invitation email sent by the relevant funder.
- Set up any relevant delegates to assist with entering/updating outcomes information.
- Set up any relevant team members to share outcomes information with.
- Enter and/or update relevant outcomes information.
- Complete any mandatory additional question set by funder.
- Submit updated information to funder before the set deadline.
- Link ORCID ID and/or Scopus ID to Researchfish profile to enable automated harvesting of outcomes (optional).

- Accessing the platform e.g. resending an invitation, password issues
- Guidance on how to enter outcomes e.g. searching for publications, using the further funding and other looks ups, attributing outcomes to different awards.
- Guidance on linking an account with an ORCID and/or Scopus ID, and setting the correct permissions.
