Improvements 

• Development to ensure we are GDPR complaint has been applied, this includes:
  • Informing users, filling in any forms or updating their details, how we will use their data on the app
  • Ensuring we can audit any activity on the site. This includes monitoring changes to personal data, exports, identifying emails sent through the system, and any searches or masquerades made by Research Fish staff
  • Ensuring that any emails generated through the app enable users to contact Support if they feel the email has been sent incorrectly
  • Ensure where data is updated or created that the user has 
• Interoperability script improvements
• NBCF (National Breast Cancer Foundation) Additional questions
• Remove UKCRN question from Medical Products, Interventions and Clinical Trials section and update validation

Bug fixes 

• Specific user errors / issues reported and investigated include:
  • Award assigned to active submission period but not being reflected in the PI's account
  • Awards not appearing for delegates
  • Broken checkbox to move awards to new reporting period
• Ensure the app only sends emails to team members once they have accepted the invitation
• Ensure users are able to download the RHT template and supporting documentation
• Fix section naming issue

Operational updates 

• Ensure that Research Fish staff can add CSV documents to the app
• Security updates
• Location data cleaning 
• Data tasks
