Some minor changes to the way that our release notes will be presented, they will reflect our core principles of

Better user experience 

• New - Search functionality improvements for Spin Outs, Further Funding and Intellectual Property & Licensing
• Improve - Made the wording clearer on the Awards and Outcome Data button
• Improve - Changes to the bulk actions tool for Researchers when adding outcomes
• Improve - Where I have linked awards add them to the Awards details page
• Improve - Amend character counts display to include word counts as well on all forms
• Improve - Changes to the How your information is used document
• Improve - Adding in new guidance for British Heart Foundation
• Fix - If a delegate accesses a PIs personal portfolio, and uses the "Download Personal Portfolio" tool, the resulting download is queued in the PIs ‘My Downloads" page/account instead of the delegates.
• Fix - Confusing wording around clearing publications changed to Clear all instead of Remove all

Enhanced data collection

• New - Location search functionality improvements for Further Funding, Next Destinations and Collaborations and Partnerships
• Improve - Publications refresh on the data we hold from Web of Science, Crossref and Pubmed
• Improve - enable Researchers to upload a file for their final report for FWF Additional Question
• Improve - CRUK Additional Question updates
• Improve - Updates to NIHR CCF publications and data sharing Additional Question
• Improve - Updates to and new British Council Additional Questions
• Improve - Alzheimers Research UK new Additional Questions
• Improve - New rule added that if a crossref publication type is "Posted Content" and the subtype is "preprint" then r1_2 is set to "Preprint"
• Improve - enable sharing for the PPI Additional Questions for Cystic Fibrosis Trust
• Fix - Answers not saving correctly or being overwritten in "Supervisor and Mentor Activities" additional question section
• Fix - When entries sync the reporting period ID used the first 5 character of the agreement ID instead of the awards funding_organisation.
• Fix - Publication Year not being imported for some Book Chapters from Crossref

Enabling data exploration & insights 

• Improve - additional columns added to the Researchers’ Excel download
