Fixed - User guide now appears as expected when the user clicks the link to view the guide.  Fixed issue with users being rerouted to either the Invoices or My Awards page when the user clicks on the link to our User guide.

Fixed - Primary Investigators can now remove delegates  via a "Manage Delegates" button on the right side of the page.

Improved - Exposed the new funder_project_url field for Researchers filling in the entry form. A Researcher, Centre, Funder or RO with Awards and FF outcomes in the system viewing the Further Funding entry data can see the new grant_url “Funder Project URL“ field displayed.

Note 1: This appears below “Please enter the year in which the funding terminated/is due to terminate” and above Digital Object Identifier
