Better user experience 

• Fix – Snags around the user experience of the new Reviewer Tool including PIs and Reviewers being able to see the Final report on page 2 and checks to ensure unique email addresses are used for Reviewers
• Fix – Broken links on the Privacy and Cookie Policy page now working 
• Fix – After searching for a user to send an invite to, if you refresh the search the data you typed in now does not appear
