Take a look at the improvements and fixes added to the platform in the latest release.

ADDED: New additional question for Lundbeckfonden (Research team information).

IMPROVED: Updates to two FWF additional questions were made with changes to the guidance text on both the Research Report and Annex.

IMPROVED: Funder Administrators are now required to make sure in the submission reminders that they send out that the following information (tokens) are included, and if not, will be asked to add before the message is sent.

IMPROVED: We have simplified the text that the Researcher gets when they have submitted:

Thank you for submitting your awards, You can now download your personal portfolio.

While we process your submission, you will be unable to use the rest of Researchfish, this usually takes only a minute or two, but could be substantially longer during peak periods.

Once your submission is complete we will send you a confirmation email, if you can’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

A ‘Download Personal Portfolio’ button appears at the bottom of the page.

IMPROVED: We have a note to the Publications search and select for Researchers letting them know that we can handle any duplicates with the message:

Don’t worry if you think they might already be in our system, it’s smart enough to recognise duplicates so they won’t be repeated.

IMPROVED: Updates have been made to prefill publication data from Ethos and Inspire / HEP

Updates to the new theme include:

FIXED: Link to release notes and the BSI logo have been added to the footer.

FIXED: The time the system waits before requesting a user logs back in has been extended.

FIXED: The red notification dot on My Downloads appears as soon as the download is complete and not delayed as before.
