Better user experience

● Improve - We modified the Mandatory Additional Question “common-education-and-professional-training” to deprecate the current data table and add new questions as part of the main form to capture the corresponding information. 

Before: When a RESEARCHER with an award visits the common-education-and-professional-training page for the award and clicks on "Yes" in response to the question "Have you supervised students as a result of your award?" a data table appears.

Now: the data table does not appear, instead a number of questions about supervising bachelors, masters, PhD and other students appear as part of the main form. Answers to the form are viewable/editable by the researcher, users with permission to see the question (e.g RO, Funder). Answers are exportable in Word format by researcher/funder, exportable in Excel format by funder, and available in MS SQL database.
