Cosmetic and Content Improvements based on user feedback

• Ensure login button in header is coloured orange.
• Create new account text changes.
• Privacy and Cookie Policy text changes.
• Associate outcome with award checkboxes are now aligned.
• Ensure that the last submitted date is more visible to users.
• Numbering changes for the contents of each outcome section in the question set download.
• Reverse Add and Cancel on the Add new partner pop up in Collaborations and partnerships.
• Ordering for the country name on the dropdown "What is the country that the individual has moved to?" in Next destinations has changed to name and not country code.

Functional improvements based on user feedback

• Improve the validation for Further Funding - Consortium Funding Amount and Funding Amount r3_3b and r3_3.
• The dropdown on Funder - Centre Submission Page now includes both machine name and friendly name in the drop down.
• On https://eval.researchfish.com/eval/admin/sharing update the link behind 'please read terms and conditions here' to https://www.amrc.org.uk/Handlers/Download.ashx?IDMF=7f75d83c-4a98-47f3-b...
• Read-only view of entries now allows users to edit straight from that page with an edit button.
• When saving an Additional Question users are now redirected to the award details page rather than the page reloading itself.

Bug fixes 

• RO’s and Centre, in e-Val, have placeholder text added to the “Funder" search field.
• Selected country now saves in "Influence on Policy, Practice, Patients & Public" outcome category.
• Invite dialogue box error fixed.
• Special character < no longer breaks the Additional Question text that displays on the app.
• My Downloads “Help using this page: window now highlighting correct features.
• Improve selection behaviour on "What is the country that the individual has moved to?" dropdown in Next destinations.
• RHT import now checks award_discipline.

Operational updates 

• Data management and migration tasks.
• Security updates around access to SQL.
• Syncing Entry & Agreements `null` values in entries are not applied if the existing database record contains a non-null value.
• Additional Questions for Lundbeck Foundation, Novo Nordisk Fonden, Wellcome Trust and FWF.
• Publications Refresh for Crossref and datacite.
