Cosmetic, Content and Functional Improvements 

• Improving how subtables look in the word downloads from the system.
• Improved how the publication API’s (ORCID, PubMed ID, WOS, ISBN, NASA/ADS, Scopus, DOI, Ethos & Inspire/HEP) are handled within the system.
• The bulk functionality to Assign awards to a submission period through using the "Alter Submission Period” in the dropdown, now uses the label "Assign Submission Period”.
• Additional questions set up - "Cooperation with the FWF".

Bug fixes 

• ORCID Id now populates when and authenticated user is searching for publications through the ORCID search.
• PI's can now answer Additional Questions that they were not the original PI for on that award.
• Pubsearch API errors fixed.
• Reporting period start/end dates now work when using the bulk updater tool.
• Specific user errors / issues reported and investigated include:
  • Duplicate publications appearing and other publications missing in award download.
  • Additional question download - DFID columns now appearing.

Operational updates 

• Data migration tasks.
• Improvements to particular data scripts.
• Researchfish staff can use the check url tool on the app
