Feature

Change to how we collect information about Spinouts with the following features added:

• Direct harvesting (automatically adding and attributing outcomes with the correct metadata from Open Corporates)
• Improved search functionality enabling the user to “search and select” rather than adding all of the information through a manual form.
• Metadata enhancement (enabling Researchfish to add complex information on a uniquely identified output without the need for further input from the user)

Cosmetic and Content Improvements based on user feedback

• Update T&C introduction.
• Indent text in Guidance text for Use of Facilities and Resources.
• Replace burnt orange bar with Researchfish blue/green.
• Ensure links in blue/green bar appear more obviously as links.
• Added the ORCID logo to the login page.
• Research Organisation Upgrade Button now shows on platform in Eval and My awards pages.

Functional improvements based on user feedback

• Improve the validation for Further Funding - Consortium Funding Amount and Funding Amount r3_3b and r3_3
• The dropdown on Funder - Centre Submission Page now includes both machine name and friendly name in the drop down
• On https://eval.researchfish.com/eval/admin/sharing update the link behind 'please read terms and conditions here' to https://www.amrc.org.uk/Handlers/Download.ashx?IDMF=7f75d83c-4a98-47f3-b...

Bug fixes 

• Users can add or edit subforms after adding more than two items.
• Improving how the system handles special characters in headers when users download as a Word document.
• Users can now press "Enter" to create a new line in all entries' text area boxes.
• Staff can edit a user's account where previously the page falsely flagged that not all mandatory fields have been answered.
• PI in Right hand Column of award page now appears for all Awards.
• After saving an Additional Question, the $title_suffix now appears on the page.
• Help using this page - highlighting correct items on the Personal portfolio page.

Operational updates 

• Data migration tasks.
• Security updates around access to SQL.
• Publication API checks for EuropePMC and Clarivate.
• Additional Questions for Wellcome Trust and FWF.
• Creating new data fields for research materials, database models, technical products, creative products, further funding, collaborators and partnerships, next destinations & spin outs.
• Drupal 7 Core and Module Updates to the underlying system.
• Add tawk.to domain to the list of authorised domains in the Content Security Policy directive for images.
