Better user experience
Improve - Clarified that Centre Admin needs to add a new researcher before updating the PI on the Add/Edit Awards project screen: Added a note to Centre Admins on the edit screen under the PI title before the search heading: 'Please ensure you have added any new Researchers before searching here.'
Improve - Delegate Management. Continued with efforts to improve UX for managing delegates and teams by improving the page layout with better padding around delegate and team buttons.
Improve - Removed unused personal details in user accounts. We no longer keep unnecessary data on file.
Improve - Changed links in submission confirmation emails. Updated link to blogpost in the confirmation email sent to RESEARCHERS when they complete their submission.
Fix - Adding a publication using a CROSSREF DOI, and using the search to find a known title works as expected. When a RESEARCHER with an account and awards in Researchfish adds a new publication and searches a term on the DOI tab, results are found and returned and the user can select and add them to their portfolio.
Fix - Updated messaging in new account email: Removed the 'We asked, you replied, we acted' message from 2019, and replaced images on the link in the email sent from FUNDER to new RESEARCHER seen when the RESEARCHER creates a new account.
Fix - Accepting an award invitation works as expected. Fixed issue that allowed a user to create a Researchfish account, but did not add the relevant award to it.
Fix - PI/research team member names are now stored correctly against specific awards. Fixed issue preventing User from sending research team invitations for those awards.
Fix - Bulk Award Word Download without Entries no longer generates an extra page.: When Funder Admin downloads and saves data for an award with no entries and clicks to “Save,” the word download contains only a cover page, and awards details page, and not an extra blank page with title: Sections with Information
Fix - Notifications that appear for unanswered mandatory questions in "Further Funding" outcome forms display as expected. These notifications were misaligned so the notice seemed to refer to the question below, but this has been corrected. it.
