Better user experience / Reducing the burden

Improve - Researchers will see those ‘Additional Funder Questions’ that require attention and those that do not. To help here we have added 3 states or icons:

• Items that require attention will appear with a red triangle and !
• Items that are complete or do not need attention will appear with a green tick.
• Items that are optional with appear with a green triangle and !
• We also made changes to the Help text for Researchers when they land on the page on a question by question basis.

Improve - Updated the Funder admin Additional Question listing and details page.

• Section management screen View: Funder Admins will see all their Additional Questions (Extra Sections) that have been associated to the Organisation. Note the agreements column has been removed and the new text appears for the Clearing policy. 
• Section management screen Edit: Funder Admin can Edit the individual Additional Question Managing the visibility, what data is shared with the RO, whether mandatory and the Clearing Policy associated with it.

Fixed - When a Funder Admin setting up submission periods uses the “Add Submission Period” form, we now add validation to ensure that the name field on that form does not exceed 95 characters and the label reflects this with the text: “Name (not to exceed 95 characters).”If the Funder Admin adds in more than the required number an error message appears.

Improve - Added US federal government as Further Funding source.

Improve - Added SweCRIS as Further Funding source.

Fixed - We fixed a few issues with NNF education and additional training Additional Questions. These included some display issues, missing help text, fields displaying when they should not, field labels., export displays etc.

Fixed - Datacite records now appear as expected on Excel file exports of technical product or research tool data from Eval>Export. All datacite records will have the Datacite value recorded under the “Original Source” field instead of listing the saved value as “Manual.”.
